Choice of medication will make or break one's life

A friend may be I should say a colleague, has been hospitalized last week. Today, he left the hospital with a stent to drain urine from the kidney. He is certainly in bad shape. Also the doctor told him that cancer cells blocked the kidney.

He had prostate cancer a few years ago and was treated by radiation therapy. Therefore, it is easy to understand his health problem.

As a friend, I really want to advise him to see Chinese doctor. However, he always said that he did not trust herbal treatment. May be he has some friends who were treated by some bad Chinese doctors and therefore leading to his distrust. I always believe that a very high percentage of Chinese doctors are rubbish. That is the reason for me to get such kind of knowledge so that I am able to distinguish the good among bad ones.

I have always advised young ones about this. But some of them are afraid of the bitterness of herbal medicine. That is another health problem when one cannot accept bitterness. No wonder the health of young ones are so bad and some died at early age.

This friend is close to 70 and it is not a pity to die. But at least, it will not be good to suffer with such condition. He is not a bad guy, just has the wrong belief only.

Another fact is most would turn to Chinese medication when the western doctor told them there was no hope to recover. A few lucky ones may survive. Most would not. Then they would say Chinese medication cannot cure them. That is why when my Chinese doctor cure one of these patient, he is very proud. Certainly, I am proud of my knowledge too.
