To be health is easy said than done
Dr LEE Jong-wook, Director-General of the World Health Organization, has died. He was 61 years old.
His work about health for us is great. We can find the WHO fighting hard against SARS, bird-flu etc.
However, as the top man of the WHO, how can he died at such age. That means to us that health is something that easily said than done.
I always say that the problem of today is the lack of studies for the way to stay away from illness. Blaming on smoking, fast food etc. will not help. Experts' suggestions are not effective at all. There are lots of examples that someone with so called health lives died suddenly.
To live happily with good health or to live with struggling against illness will be our choice today. Some may believe that the advancement of medication can protect them against all odds. That is to say that they are willing to have a struggling lives instead.
Sometimes, I do wonder why we cannot know our bodies better. No instrument can be better than our brain about what is wrong. Perhaps, we are too busy and our brains are overloaded with other matters that missed those internal signals about our health.
